Since each and every piece of jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your piece please contact us within 7 days of your box was signed for. Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to email@example.com. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing. In the case that you receive an item that simply does not work for you, please contact us.
We are happy to repair items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if an issue arises.
